Cancellation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Superday AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, questions, AI models, and software, is the property of Superday AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as practice answers). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for operating and improving the Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated data from user interactions to improve our AI models and platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
